DOGS and FOLKS Behavior Consulting provides dog behavior consultations that are detailed, systematic, and thorough.  In-depth discussion allows for accurate assessment of the problem behavior, from which the easiest and most effective behavior modification program can de developed.  Every case is treated individually.

 
A Phone Consultation for Problem Behavior is usually divided into two phone calls, or sessions.  In the first phone session we will discuss your dog's behavior in depth.  I will ask questions, and you will tell me anything you think is important for me to know.  A comprehensive behavior modification program will then be developed, considering everything we talked about.  In our second phone session we will discuss the behavior modification program in detail.

You will receive a written copy of the behavior modification program, and I welcome email correspondence up to three weeks after the consultation for questions regarding the problem/solution discussed.

In many cases one consultation will be sufficient to bring about the desired change.  Follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed.


An Email Consultation is for those who live outside the United States, or for those who feel more comfortable writing.  Email also offers the opportunity to work over time, rather than at specific appointment times.  The same format as above will be followed.  I will clock time spent in email dialogue with you toward consult fees (evaluation/assessment/behavior program), and you will have three weeks for follow-up questions relating to the problem/solution discussed. 


Puppy Basics will be scheduled for one hour.  In these consultations we will address all your questions concerning your puppy's behavior, and I will offer guidelines toward raising a behaviorally healthy puppy.

                            $80.00   One hour consultation  (Two 30 minute sessions or 1 one hour session)  

                            $120.00   An hour and a half consultation  (Two 45 minute sessions)

                            $160.00  Two hour consultation  (Two 1 hour sessions)

                            $200.00  Two and one half hour consult  (Two 1 hour and 15 minute sessions)           

                            $40.00    Half hour follow-up session


                       You will be calling me at our scheduled appointment time.
 

I will suggest the length of the consultation we will need, depending on the complexity of your case.

Once we have agreed to work together, and I have received payment either by credit card through my website, or by check or money order, I will email you with available appointment times.


If you are serious about wanting help with your dog and you have financial constraints, please let me know and I may adjust my rates.
